    The menu is not showing in wordpress 5.2.2. I have disabled all plugins except RMP.

    Shortcode is not on.

    The button shows when I activate the default wordpress themes, but the menu doesnt show.

    Hi David,

    What theme are you using as it doesn’t seem to be built to WordPress standards?

    It doesn’t seem to have any wp_footer() calls in the footer of the site so nothing will show and many other plugins will break.

    I would get in touch with the authors of the theme asap as they really shouldn’t be selling a theme that doesn’t meet the basic standards for WordPress themes.

    wp_footer() is in the theme (Understrap-child, understrap)

    But for some reason my footer isn’t being pulled in. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

    Figured it out.

    I had a plugin disabled which was causing a shortcode to stop working and stop pulling in the footer.

    Also, I had removed the trigger: #responsive-menu-pro-button under Advanced Options.

    However, I am not using a custom trigger in my code– just the default button.
