    Kriti, my account will still not let me update. It shows I received a refund and my license is disabled.

    I would purchase it again if I had received that refund, but I did not.

    Would it be easier if I disputed the transaction with PayPal so we can start again? I tried as many menus as I could find, and your menu was the only one that fit my needs (or I should say the needs of the graphic designer).

    Hi Phillip,

    Last time, your license got cancelled and the refund was issued from our side. But, you didn’t receive it because of the payment gateway error. Now, we have successfully processed the refund amount.

    You can again buy the plugin now. Thank you for being with us and we highly regret for the inconvenience.
