I want to place a shortcode with some css styling in the header bar…it seems the shortcode works but when I add css I get this error screen every time:

The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.

If you believe the security rule is affecting the normal operation of your website, contact your host support team and provide detailed instructions how to recreate this error.
They will be able to assist you with rectifying the problem and adjusting the security configuration if needed.

    Hi Jacek,

Hope you are having a great day!

The error you described above looks like occurring because of some security plugin. Have you enabled any such plugin on the website. If so, please try deactivating the plugin and then check if the problem persists or not.

The error is not occurring because of responsive menu plugin as there are no security rules used in the plugin. Although it is made in such a way to enhance productivity using shortcodes and custom CSS.

    Regards,
    Kriti

I don’t have a security plug in, there are all the plug ins

    advanced-custom-fields-pro
    backupbuddy
    code-snippets
    codepress-admin-columns
    custom-post-type-ui
    elementor
    elementor-pro
    formidable
    formidable-api
    formidable-bootstrap
    formidable-dates
    formidable-export-view
    formidable-locations
    formidable-logs
    formidable-modal
    formidable-paypal
    formidable-pro
    formidable-registration
    formidable-wpml
    hide-this
    ilab-media-tools-premium
    members
    plugins-garbage-collector
    post-smtp
    real-media-library
    responsive-menu-pro
    revslider
    safe-svg
    sg-cachepress

It will be a lot of work to test each one…but if you say the issue is 100% due to another plug in , I guess its the only way to go

    Hi,

To make it easy, disable all the plugins at once and then apply shortcode and CSS on the website.

If the problem does not occur, then activate them one by one to find out the culprit one.

    Regards,
    Kriti
