    Hi all,
    For some reason the submenus are not opening in the tablet and mobile view, though they work fine in the desktop view. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins and am at a loss.
    The website is hydraislandgreece.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

    We tested this and an issue is on your active theme which is conflicting with plugin menu. It is working absolutely fine with default theme on your site. We request you to test with any default theme.

    Does this mean that I simply can’t use the plugin? The theme doesn’t offer support for this sort of issue.

    I’m afraid that won’t be possible. I have spent hundreds of hours building this website around this theme. If I cannot use this plugin (advertised as working with any theme), may I have a refund for the Pro version?

    Hi,

    Actually the issue is related theme so we can not fix that in our plugin.

    You can get the issue fixed on your site from any developer because it is the minor fix.

    Hi,

    The submenu trigger click event not working on that theme only and it is preventing to add required CSS class in elements which click on particular trigger.
