    Hi Manjhunath,

Hope you are having a great day!

The website is working fine on my browser. I also have attached the screenshot with my response. I used Chrome to test the website. You also have made the responsive menu hidden on the desktop. So, whatever issue you experienced it is not because of the Responsive Menu Plugin.

And the menu is working pretty fine on all the screens.

    Regards,
    Kriti

    Hi Kriti,

Thanks for your response. We faced that issue when we updated the plugin to recent version and hence reverted it. Let me know if we can go ahead and update it, also help with steps to turn on responsive menu for destop.

    Hi,

We apologize you for the inconsistency you experienced with the update. I will forward your concern to the development team.

To enable the responsive menu on desktop, please follow the steps below:

      1. Open responsive menu settings.
      2. Go to Advanced Tab.
      3. Under Technical section, disable ‘Hide on Desktop’ option.
      4. Your menu will now also work on desktops.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Kriti
