Shortcode not working on Thrive Architect

    When I try to show the menu using the short code [responsive_menu_pro], it doesn’t work. Instead of showing the menu, the shortcode text is displayed.

    I’m using a WordPress content element in Thrive Architect. WordPress verison is 5.0.3. I have the setting Advanced -> Use shortcode set to On

    Other WordPress shortcodes work fine.

    I am using an understrap-child theme.

    Any ideas?

    Hey Colin,

    Have you turned the Use Shortcode option on inside my plugins settings?

    Please advise
