    Money is gone from my bank account but I am unable to access the license links given to my email.

    I thought this was user error because invoices are showing up as status “failed” on my account page, but Paypal is showing payments as complete, so I went through the checkout process a second time and money zapped from my account but still no working license of any sort.

    I would like a refund on one license and immediate activation of my other or a complete refund for both or I will be filing a claim with PayPal.

    This is done now. Both of the payment has been taken care of.
