    Hello!

    I purchased the Pro update a few months ago and has been working great. I check my website today and the button, along with it’s plugin is gone. I received an error message in WordPress saying it was “deactivated due to an error.” Can someone please help me with this? Thank you!

    It sounds like the wordpress updated itself and found an issue with the plugin. Have you checked whenever or not the plugins/and or wordpress have been updated?

    Hi David,

    When you try and reactivate it again what does the error message tell you?

    What is in your logs? If it is deactivating due to an error there should at least be some error logs for it or a more helpful error message.

    Unfortunately without some more specific error message or some error logs it’s impossible to debug.

    Please advise
