    Hi-

    I was wondering why the “push button with menu” function doesn’t seem to be working on a site I’m working on. Tried it on 3 browsers an it doesn’t seem to want to push.

    Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Mark,

    Unfortunately as per the Forum Guidelines https://responsive.menu/forums/topic/forum-guidelines/ you haven’t provided a URL or steps to recreate this issue or for me to look at so it quite hard to advise.

    The most obvious question without anything to look at would be to ask if you have ensured you have the correct CSS wrapper added to the Push Wrapper CSS option as per the docs below?

    Here is the URL for the site I’m working on. Did not know I needed any additional CSS for it in order to work.

    Hey Mark,

    The option underneath where you set the type states:

    The CSS selector(s) of your page that you want pushed when using the push animation above.

    For example #page-wrapper, #wrapper

    Based on this, I would assume you don’t have this setup and based on your site I believe you need to add the below to that option:

    .elementor-inner

    Please let me know if that works for you.

    Help! I am having the same issue. The push-button menu previously worked, but now stopped working. Push the button, but nothing happens. I tried disabling all plugins and changing the theme. No help. Please assist!

    Hi Ronald,

    What do you have in the Push Wrapper CSS?

    Changing themes will make it worse as then your wrapper will be different.

    Actually, I’ve just looked at your site and you have the animation set to Slide not Push.

    Please advise.

    I restored the original theme. You are correct. However, the problem persists. The menu used to slide out from the left side. But now, it does not work when I click the hamburger. Please assist!

    It works on mobile Chrome and Desktop IE, but not on Desktop Chrome, Version 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (64-bit).

    Hey Ronald,

    I just tested it on that exact build and it worked fine for me.

    I’ve tested it on every browser I have and checked multiple browsers on BrowserStack and haven’t found one that doesn’t work yet.
