Hi,
I’ve built a site on siteground and all works fine.
When I migrate to host gator, and add my license, I see error messages running down the page from the top… roughly 100?
They all say “Validation failed on Breakpoint: Invalid number
etc – button line width
etc – button line height
down the page – above the tabs that are usually there.
–
When I try to manually fill in the information some things are completely missing.
Example:
Order of container items.. there are not items in the box to check or choose.
–
I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing but no luck.
Please let me know how to proceed to get this working properly.
Thank youMay 22, 2018 at 9:26 pm #68273Peter FeatherstoneParticipantHey Yohan,
When you migrated the system did you copy across the
wp_responsive_menu_pro
table with it?It sounds as though you are missing that table from the database. Have you tried using the
Rebuild Database
option?I would make sure you have your exported settings saved somewhere from your old site before doing this.
Please advise

I migrated with backup buddy… usually everything works – with no adjustments.
– the table should have migrated across.
Where is the rebuild database option?
(My dev site is still live at sg hosting)May 22, 2018 at 9:37 pm #68271Yohan AtonParticipantJust found rebuild data base option….

May 22, 2018 at 9:38 pm #68269Yohan AtonParticipantI’m happy to do a clean install and add my other settings manually but how can I get this to work…?
May 22, 2018 at 10:16 pm #68268Peter FeatherstoneParticipantHey Yohan,
I can’t really say what’s happening without being able to take a look somehow.
Did you check if the table exists? If it exists and there is no data then that is one issue, if it doesn’t exist at all then that is another and if it does exist and there is data it is a completely different issue.
If you can tell me which of the 3 above is true then we can narrow it down further.
Please advise

Here’s a screen shot of what I’m seeing

Thank you!!!
May 22, 2018 at 10:31 pm #68266Peter FeatherstoneParticipantHey Yohan,
That is very odd, it looks like all the options are there and I can even see breakpoint filled out correctly.
Have you tried the other options in the same section like resetting the options etc?
If that doesn’t work are you able to provide me access to your admin area?

Not really sure what happened, but now it seems to be okay.
I had previously asked hostgator to check their php and while the version was the same, the tech said he noodled with other php settings in cpanel.
Perhaps I logged out and then back in again and that’s what triggered it to work again.
In any event, thanks so much for your help and I’ll give you a shout if I run into further issues.
fyi, love this plugin!!!!
Thank you!May 22, 2018 at 10:47 pm #68264Peter FeatherstoneParticipantHey Yohan,
Even more strange!
Either way I’m glad it’s working for you now.
Thanks for the kind words in regards the plugin, I hope you continue enjoying it.

A bit of bad news…I had to re migrate the site and database.
I deleted the rmp tables and plugin and re-installed.
Things are off again.
On a super tight deadline, hope you can help out.
Thank you,
