    Just bought your plugin, but the menu does not show on my site, and the when I’m trying to activate the plugin it says that my licence key is wrong.

    I bought the plugin to save time, not to troubleshoot and contact support.
    I read the documentation regarding both problems, but could not solve the issue. Menu is not showing.

    Is it possible the get a refund?

    Hi Markus,

    I can see the plugin fine but for some reason you have set the lines to white with a white or transparent background on a white header bar.

    The fact that you are using white lines on a white background just means you can’t see it.

    Please change the colour and it will be fine.
