Menu doesnt open on mobile

Hello guys,

i’m using Flatsome and got the menu in my top bar. On Desktop its working great, but on mobile it does not open.

Can somebody please help me? 🙂

Hi Stanis,

When I used Google developer tool to detect the code, it seems like you have placed the responsive menu button inside
tag. Maybe that’s why itsn’t working.
I need to talk to the development team regarding this issue. I will get back to you as soon as I hear back from them.

Hi,

We debug this site and found : In mobile device click event is not triggering when we click in menu button.

Tested in console by code : jQuery('#responsive-menu-pro-button').click(); then manu is opening and closing in mobile device.

Even it doesn’t have any console error so we request you to provide us the staging site credentials or backend setting options(by import).

Till the issue is in progress, you can open menu on hover instead of click (can set option in backend setting).
