Menu disappeared

    Hi! I have responsive menu pro installed on two sites:

    https://help.vistohub.com/
    https://www.vistohub.com/

    They were styled very similarly to each other and as you can see, it is working normally on the help center but not appearing at all on vistohub.com. Instead, I’m now seeing the original bootstrap nav that was once replaced by Responsive Menu Pro’s nav.

    I installed the most recent update only on https://www.vistohub.com/. I feel like the update is what stopped it from appearing. Especially since I did not install the update on the help center site and it still works.

    Is this a known problem with the new update? How can I restore it back to how it used to look? Please let me know if there is a fix. If you need to chat, I”m also on natalieryandesign@gmail.com

    Hi Natalie,

    I have removed the license keys from your post so as others can’t steal it. I would definitely advise against pasting things like that on a public forum.

    In regards the menu not showing, have you been through the various posts on this forum that deal with the same question or been through the knowledgebase article below yet?

    Hi Peter,

    The issue was a typo. The </script> loading just before the menu wasn’t closed properly so the menu couldn’t load.
