Hi, thank you in advance for your help.

I updated to Version 3.1.12 and it broke my site. It seems as though there is a missing closing element somewhere?
How do I go back to the previous version? Can you fix this ASAP please?

    Thank you,
    Brent

P.S. There was some type of error message that displayed right after updating but I wasn’t able to record it.

There are multiple broken menu links. Can I upload a picture?

The last download I have is Version 3.1.9 (original when I purchased)
I use the WP Rollback plugin but this plugin doesn’t work with this. (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/)

    Hey Brent,

What is the issue exactly so I can take a look somewhere.

If this was a universal issue with the plugin I would expect to be hearing from lots more people about it (I have already had over 1000 downloads).

Also, it is running on all my sites without the issue.

If you can provide a site URL, any error messages or provide a link to a picture that would be helpful.

Sorry Peter, I was freaking out a bit. I believe that a failed plugin update is to blame. I have siteground in the process of restoring a backup from last night. I’ll let you know after that.
    Thanks for your reply!

By the way, thank you for a great plugin! I do have one request though. I have a fairly extensive menu. Is there a way to be able to apply a “DEFAULT” icon instead of having to apply one each and every time I want to add to the menu?
    Thank you!

    Hey Brett,

It’s no problem, I hope the restore fixes it for you although you could just delete the plugin from the WordPress admin or via FTP and start again yourself, which may be a bit quicker.

In regards the default icon, unfortunatelt that isn’t possible, however you could probably use some Custom CSS to achieve that if needed.

Please let me know how you get on.

Hey peter I just wanted to reply and let you know that I was able to solve my issues. You were absolutely correct, they had nothing to do with your plugin.

I have noticed though that the menu is not showing up on pages that are in my online store. The menu display correctly on the main page but not on the detailed pages.

    EXAMPLES:
    main store is okay: https://brentwallace.net/store/
but if you select any of the specific items: EXAMPLE: https://brentwallace.net/store/paua-abalone-earrings-rectangular-x-small-w-ec-blue-topaz/
the code does not show up and the menu will not display.

    Any suggestions on fixing this?

    Thank you,
    Brent

    Hey Brent,

Have you checked the page below for the page templates related to your online store?

    https://responsive.menu/knowledgebase/menu-not-showing/

Looking at the source code for your site, it doesn’t seem to be the case.

    Please let me know

    Peter
