    Hello,

    We have been using Responsive menu version 2.8.7 with theme Sydney and WordPress 4.9.7 fo some time, and it works fine on http://www.nyaramstiftelsen.se.

    I now purchased Responsive Meny Pro (RMP) 3.1.14 and installed on a copy of the production site, to test and configure. I also uninstalled Responsive menu and upgraded the theme to latest version. (Theme upgrade affected text layout on the site – not corrected yet.)

    After upgrade of RMP the background of submenus are black. When i try to edit this the changes does not appear on the menu.

    I think I have not been able to do the Initial setup correctly, stuck on the Original menu to hide.
    Read this instruction, https://responsive.menu/knowledgebase/using-main-menu/ and looked on the source code from first page on site. Tried #.btn-menu as Original menu to hide, but changes in config still are not reflected in the menu.

    If you can help find the Original menu to hide i would appreciate it. Please go to test site http://www.medvetande.nu, ID: hans, PW: opera

    Or do you know which theme file that contains the menu names? I could check if the file system.

    I have removed custom CCS code for menu from the test site in case it interfered with RMP, therefore the menu has line break. CSS removed was:

    /*
    Du kan lägga till din egen CSS här.

    */
    @media only screen and (min-width: 992px) {
    #masthead .col-md-4.col-sm-8.col-xs-12 {
    width: 10%;
    }

    #masthead .col-md-8.col-sm-4.col-xs-12 {
    width: 90%;
    }
    }
    @media only screen and (max-width:800px) {

    .site-header img.site-logo {
    max-height: 70px !important;
    }

    }
    @media only screen and (max-width:1420px) {
    .header-image {
    height: 200px !important;
    }
    }
    #af-wrapper .info {
    display: none !important;
    }

    Another issue that appeared after upgrading to Responsive Menu Pro is that a black footer area now covers my footer information on the webpages. I would like to remove the black footer area.

    Best regards,
    Hans

    Hi Hans,

    Your desktop menu selector is #mainnav and your mobile button is .btn-menu.

    In regards the black footer area, looking at that, it is not coming from my plugin.

    Please advise

    Peter

    Hello,

    I followed the instructions on FAQ > Menu not showing. The Html checker found 95 errors but I am not a developer and won’t go into the code in that many places in the theme. Therefore I have not been able to use Responsive Menu Pro, the menu doesn’t appear. I must look else where. Is there perhaps a 30 day money back guarantee?

    Best regards
    Hans

    Hi Hans,

    Please send me a direct email to support@responsive.menu as I’m sure it is something simple we can work out.

    Is it for the site https://www.medvetande.nu/? If so, please also send over an admin login so I can take a look myself.

    All the best

    PEter
