    Hello!
    I paid for the plugin using paypal. However, I can’t download the menu. On the page Purchases / Downloads – ID # 10390 the status is Failed. But the payment was definitely made, I am attaching a screenshot.
    I received an email with a link to download the plugin, but when I go, the message “You do not have permission to download this file” is displayed
