    Hello,

    I have the pro plugin and it’s authenticated with the licence but none of the drop down setting options are working. I’ve tried chrome and Firefox and the same issue. Can you advise?

    Hey Shaula,

    This is not an issue with my plugin and also not a Firefox vs Chrome or any browser issue. This is a separate problem caused by other plugin/theme developers.

    Did you do the steps of finding if it is the theme or a plugin by disabling them until it starts to work for you as per the posts below?

    Hi Peter,

    I’ve gone through and disabled all other plugins and tested but the options are still grey on hover and don’t expand on click. Any other thoughts?

    And did you switch to the default theme?

    If that doesn’t work please send login details via my contact form and I will take a look.

    Hi all,

    For future users and as per the suggestions in this thread the theme was the issue as switching themes fixes the issue.

    If you are experiencing this issue too please speak to the theme developers and ask them to stop leaking their CSS and JS into other peoples plugins as it’s really bad practise.
