    Hey, do you have any material on how to customize the drop down menu on desktop? Tried to look on the Knowledgebase and Youtube and couldn’t really find anything.

    Hey there,

    Unfortunately not. It’s one of the things I want to improve on as it can get quite complex.

    What are you struggling with specifically?

    Trying to make it width 100% + adding text.
    Have another issue and it seems like the person on the following post have it as well: https://responsive.menu/forums/topic/menu-appears-under-header
    Mobile menu goes behind Chrome browser’s header which causing problems with links and navigation (have a screenshot if needed).

    Hey there,

    It seems like you don’t have the Mega Menu option selected for the Services drop-down currently.

    What do you have selected under the Desktop Menu > Settings > Services > Type select dropdown?

    What do you mean specifically by adding text? Can you please try and explain the issue clearly so I can advise on what needs to be done.

    Also, yes please provide the screenshot in regards the Chrome issue.

    Hi there,

    Just need a bit of help with drop down menu. I see here that we need to fallow the Desktop Menu > Settings > Services > Type – select dropdown. But I can’t see the “Services > Type”.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I don’t have these options available (Services > Type) in the Settings of my Desktop Menu, or I don’t now how to turn them on. I’ll be very thankful if you could help me with that.

    Hi Nicolai,

    You can see Type as the top option in that screenshot and you have it set to Mega Menu already.

    Services is a menu item specific to the last persons question, which is why it is always best to open new support requests rather than jump on other peoples ones.

    For you it is Our Service and the Type drop-down is there in the image.

    Hey Nicolai,

    They shouldn’t be like that and aren’t by default.

    Looking at your site, something is overwriting all sub-menus on your site.

    You will need to find the conflicting plugin/theme and disable it.
