I consistently have problems every time you release an update. I use responsive menu pro on all my websites. I typically use MainWP to update my plugins which works great. I get issues quite a bit with responsive menu deactivating the plugin and then not reactivating it. I don’t know about this till my client calls to complain that the mobile menu is missing.
I just got this error on one of my sites after it upgraded to version 3.2.9 …
The plugin MTU4NTU0NDUzMzo2ZmEwNGQxNDBkMDJjOTZmZGU2MWYxZGU2NGFmYzBmMToxMTQzOmFhMzE3NGRhOGM0MzNmZmM2ZTM5NjRjMjg3ZmY4MWIwOmh0dHBzQC8vYWpraG91cmkuY29tOjA-HkAslT/responsive-menu-pro.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
I ended up just re-activiating the plugin.
On another site, got the message “There is a new version of Responsive Menu Pro available. View version 3.1.29 details or update now.”. I click update now, then it says I don’t have a valid license, which I do. I click update now again, and it updates.
This is very frustrating every time there is a new release. I panic every time you release an update because I know there will be problems. This only started happening over the last 4-5 updates you’ve released. Never had this issue prior.
Can you explain if there are issues with your update process?
