Okay, I do appreciate and enjoy this plug in, but one weird thing has cropped up: Normally the mobile menu works fine, except on any ARCHIVE page, like for a category listing. The menu CONTAINER and even the text title and search box show up, but there are no actual links. In the code it shows up as an empty list. Single pages are fine, but archives have an empty menu. http://www.perfectdayshawaii.com Home page should have the mobile menu. Choose Hawaii Blogs and it still works fine. But click on any Blog Topic from the Hawaii Blogs page so it brings an archive of that topic, and the Menu container shows up, but no links therein.

    Hi Ben,

All the menu items are completely empty on your blog pages.

My plugin only takes whatever is output from WordPress so if it is working on the home page and not on inner pages then I don’t think this is a plugin issue.

Have you tried disabling other plugins and your theme or looked at the code for blog pages to see why it’s different.

    Please advise

    Peter

Thanks for the note: there is a ton of customization in our theme, so I am indeed going in and seeing what may be interfering. So far none of the other plug ins seem to have any effect when disabled, so I’m working in the archive.php and some other theme files to see why the category archives give me a different response than the normal blog posts and pages (duplicated variable names and such). I have had no luck in seeing why the main pages populate the menu using the MOBILE menu with no problem, but only the archive pages show an empty set. In progress, will report any updates.

    Hey Ben,

Have you tried simply switching themes to see if it fixes the issue on blog pages?

If it does then at least you know it’s definitely a theme issue.

    Please let me know

    Peter
