Some buttons in the admin at the top do not go to another page with options. Same with the background upload button and a few other small issues. I have unactivated all plugins and then activated the WP twenty twenty theme at the same time and when I do that I get no options at all, just a dark grey background.

    Hi,

There is a 500 internal server error when trying to access responsive menu admin panel.

    https://drive.google.com/open?id=1TIII5VOz156Nk0Oe7E34cj8Mw1UCRVw8

We request you to turn on WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php

    Debugging in WordPress

    Turn on WP_DEBUG_LOG too.

I need to see the debug.log file in order to see what is causing the internal server error.

We might also need FTP access, if it is a PHP error related to the plugin.

    Regards,
    Kriti

    Hi Denzel,

    The following are our findings.

    1) We had login to website and added WP_DEBUG_LOG to wp-config.php ( using your file manager plugin )

    2) Next, we proceed to click on responsive menu option, in order to generate errors in debug.log file.

    https://drive.google.com/open?id=1tyg_YrIQi33nyUellJxK4F0CRBPGV4jl

The following are the error messages found in the debug.log file.

    [07-Apr-2020 08:10:13 UTC] PHP Deprecated: contextual_help is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 3.3.0! Use get_current_screen()->add_help_tab(), get_current_screen()->remove_help_tab() instead. in /home/arthurba/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5088

[07-Apr-2020 08:10:15 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

There are 3 Fatal errors, which is why responsive menu’s options page is blank.

Due to the memory exhaust errors, it will not be able to generate the output buffer and in turn causes the output buffer error. All these happens because the server had ran out of memory.

We request you to increase your web server’s memory until there is no more memory exhaust error and the responsive menu’s options page should load.

    Regards,
    Kriti
