    Your contact form is not active, throwing – Failed to send your message “Please try later or contact the administrator by another method”. Please check on that

    Hello,

    We have set up the menu, but it’s behaving strangely on the mobile version of the site,

    Ex- if you click on the menu after going on my account page (at the top) it becomes unresponsive.

    We tried from all aspects, but its behaving the same can you please check on that.

    Hey Tejas,

    The contact form should be working again now.

    In regards your issue, please check the console errors for the account page as it says that jQuery is not defined which needs fixing from your side.

    I am not very much inclined towards the technical side, Can you please help me with how to deal with this, that’d be really helpful

    We are sorry this is a non issue from our plugin side and we have very limited bandwidth to provided extended support.
