Hi Carlos,
Regarding your complaint about plugin disabling itself.
“First of all this plugin is getting disabled all by itself. Not sure if its when WP updates but next thing I know its disabled.”
We are not experiencing this issue on our staging website. A plugin normally gets disable when there is a fatal error. Therefore, please carry out the following steps.
1) Turn on WP_DEBUG
Debugging in WordPress
2) Turn on WP_DEBUG_LOG
Debugging in WordPress
3) Activate Responsive Menu Pro and see if it gets disabled. If it is disabled during updating WordPress. Please do a WordPress re-update and see if it disables Responsive Menu Pro plugin.
4) If Responsive Menu Pro Plugin gets disabled. Please get a copy of your debug.log, so that we can forward it to our developer for troubleshooting.
As for the following issue.
On another noteā¦ “what the hell are those spaces and crap missing on menu?”
If I am not wrong. Those are padding issue which had already been resolved in one of the previous plugin update.
Please carry out the following steps.
1) Please check whether you are using Responsive Menu Pro version 3.1.28. Please update your plugin if you are using an old version. You can do a manual update if automatic update does not work for you.
2) Clear any cache plugin or server cache’s cache content as well as browser history, this will ensure your web site is loading current plugin.
3) If the issue persist after carrying out the above mention steps. Please provide website URL so that we can check whether it is a CSS conflict or a bug in Responsive Menu Pro’s code.
Regards,
Kriti
