    Hi

    I have 3 sites for the 3 languages handled by MultilingualPress from 2016. Everything works fine, i have a license since then for responsive menu for mobiles view, all fantastic.

    1 month ago, i did a new site for the french site, and there is no way that the plugin works. It says Invalid license (only in the french site), the rest keep working ok. Also some features look to be not there and the color is diferent.

    I put a image where you can see how all the tree sites looks on the plugin and how the new one looks

    Also what happens when i update it

    Hi Alberto,

    Thanks for your query. Have you bought different licenses for every website or have you bought a multi license key?

    Please reply so that we can give you a resolution to the problem.

    Hi Kriti

    I have a license that was working on multisite, as Peter told me to do on first place

    I think the problem comes because i created this site based on the spanish site, but for some reason when the site was created there was no table created for you plugin in the french site

    How can i fix this? can i just clone the plugin from the other places?

    Hi Alberto,

    Is it possible if you delete the plugin from the website on which it is not working? Then taking the backup of the website -> deleting the entire data from the website and reinstalling the WordPress and its backup after properly creating the table for the french site.

    I hope it helps with the issue.

    Hi Kriti

    The installation of the plugin is a network installation, not in each site. I tried yesterday to delete from all network and i reinstalled it. The result was that i lose the data in all sites and the table was not created on the french site

    How can i only unistall on the french site and also, how can i get the pro version for it? If i download direct from wordpress i can not see license box…

    It should be easier than unistalling a complete website to create that table…

    I fixed it rebuilding the data base and importing configuration from the other site

    Now you have the solution…
