    Hello, I really have an urgent issue. The hamburger menu will not open on hover or when clicked. I have deactivated all the plugins and nothing seems to work. Can you please take a look here: https://www.bestbuddies.org/bbu/

    Hello, and thanks for the quick reply. I changed the display to show Inline so the menu at least appears on mobile as it will not open with the hamburger menu when using the click or hover option.

    I also set the animation to boring. I also have the fade setting turned off and your plugin is still using this as a class as seen below for the display:inline

    .responsive-menu-pro-fade-top #responsive-menu-pro-container,
    .responsive-menu-pro-fade-left #responsive-menu-pro-container,
    .responsive-menu-pro-fade-right #responsive-menu-pro-container,
    .responsive-menu-pro-fade-bottom #responsive-menu-pro-container {
    display: inline;
    }

    Hi Drew,

    Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps, as mentioned by our development team:

    1) Check whether the button trigger option value is #responsive-menu-pro-button

    2) Your website has a cache plugin. Please clear your cache plugin’s cache content and disable it during troubleshooting.

    3) Disable one plugin at a time and clear browser history before re-visiting the menu and check if it works properly. If it work, that is the plugin that is causing conflict.

    4) Switch to a WordPress default theme and clear browser history before re-visiting the menu and check if it works properly. If it works, that will be a conflict with the theme.

    Hi,

    After importing the json file, we can see that you have set button trigger only on hover.

    As you cannot hover on mobile, you can only click.

    Therefore, please add click to button trigger.

    To do this:

    Go to Responsive Menu Pro -> Button -> Trigger,

Select Click and not Hover.

    Thanks. But I have done this before. So I reset it again, selecting Click, cleared the cache and the menu will still not open on mobile: https://www.bestbuddies.org/bbu/
