In trying to update to version 3.1.18, I am getting:

Update Failed: Could not create directory. responsive-menu-pro/vendor/twig/twig/test/Twig/Tests/Fixtures/expressions

I’m able to update other plugins without problems…so I don’t think its a permissions problem.

    Hey Elizabeth,

I don’t think it can’ be anything else based on that message. Have you checked the permissions on the folder and compared them to other plugin folders? Have you spoken to the host?

    Please let me know

    Peter

    Hi Peter,

I’m the host and have control of the permissions. As a test, I opened all permissions to all users and was still unable to get the plugin update working. After setting the permissions back, I uninstalled and re-installed the plugin from the download link and all worked as expected.

There is a new version of Responsive Menu Pro | VestaThemes.com available. View version 3.1.22 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.

    Hey Sujo,

When do you see this message? Why is VestaThemes.com mentioned in the message title, that is nothing to do with my plugin?

    Please advise

    Peter

    Hey Sujo,

Wait, vestathemes seems to be offering an illegal download of my Pro plugin.

Have you bought a license for the plugin and why did you download it for free from them?

    Please advise

    Peter
