    I just upgraded to Pro and don’t have access to my account …the page to download the plugin says I don’t have permission to the page…what’s up?

    How can I access the plugin if I don’t have access to my admin account? This is the reason for my support ticket – I cannot log in! As I have already mentioned, I do have my licence key, I just cannot log in. The system doesn’t allow me to set up my own log in details, therefore please send me my log in details as a matter of urgency to: amanda_grace@hotmail.com

    We do not have amanda_grace@hotmail.com in our database. Please give us the email you used to purchase the Responsive Menu. You must have an email from us on that email id.
