I have paid to upgrade to pro but am unable to log in and activate my licence key. How do I do this as I haven’t been given any log in details? I have not received an email confirmation of my purchase although I do have my purchase key from my invoice. I tried to log on and requested my password to be reset, but I did not receive an email??
How can I access the plugin if I don’t have access to my admin account? This is the reason for my support ticket – I cannot log in! As I have already mentioned, I do have my licence key, I just cannot log in. The system doesn’t allow me to set up my own log in details, therefore please send me my log in details as a matter of urgency to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Didn’t you receive the purchase information we resent you at email@example.com email id. Please check your email inbox once. It will contain all the necessary information to login into your account.
