I have paid to upgrade to pro but am unable to log in and activate my licence key. How do I do this as I haven’t been given any log in details? I have not received an email confirmation of my purchase although I do have my purchase key from my invoice. The issue is now resolved. You can download the plugin from your admin account.

How can I access the plugin if I don’t have access to my admin account? This is the reason for my support ticket – I cannot log in! As I have already mentioned, I do have my licence key, I just cannot log in. The system doesn’t allow me to set up my own log in details, therefore please send me my log in details as a matter of urgency to: firstname.lastname@example.org

We do not have email@example.com in our database. Please give us the email you used to purchase the Responsive Menu. You must have an email from us on that email id.

Didn’t you receive the purchase information we resent you at firstname.lastname@example.org email id. Please check your email inbox once. It will contain all the necessary information to login into your account.
