    Hi there,

I have set up a new Menu list in wordpress, including a number of sub-items under a parent item.

But this is not being reflected in the mobile menu. There is no sight of the dropdown option and if I click the parent it takes me to the page (Expand Sub Menus on Parent Item Click) enabled too.

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Hi Dan,

Unfortunately as per the Forum Guidelines https://responsive.menu/forums/topic/forum-guidelines/ you haven’t given me a site URL or example to look at.

    Please advise

    Peter

The website is: https://www.teamprofit.com and it’s set to only show on mobile devices as a heads up.

    Thanks!

    Hey Daniel,

Just checked your site and it seems you don’t have my plugin showing on mobile or desktop.

You have a plugin called Fusion Mobile installed.

    Please advise.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for your reply.

I have fusion mobile for anything on Desktop (below a certain page width) and then the ‘responsive pro menu’ activated on mobile devices only.

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Hey Dan,

That’s not the case from what I can see on my mobile device.

It’s just the Fusion Mobile plugin on all devices for me.

    Hey Dan,

Looking closer at your code, do you have a plugin called Menu Image installed?

If so, there is a known conflict with that plugin because the authors haven’t updated it despite numerous people asking them to.

It is an un-maintained plugin now, so you will need to remove it from your site unfortunately.

I’m almost 100% sure that is the cause here.

    Peter
