    Hello,

    We have a bunch of websites where we use Responsive Menu Pro for mobile menu. In the past few months the plugin has deactivated by itself from all these sites, some at the same time and some a bit later. That means the mobile menu disappeared from these websites. I activated the plugin again, and the menu got back normally with all of its designs, but a couple weeks later this happened again in many of these sites. So why the responsive menu deactivates by itself? What can we do to fix it? This can’t be happening, that the menus disappear by itself all the time.

    Hi Nico,

    Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum.

    As we aren’t experiencing this issue at our end, so I request you to please check for plugin conflict or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    Please let me know if this resolves the issue or not.
