    Hello
    2 days ago i bought the pro Version. PayPal payment is successful but in my Account Status is failed. Wrote 2 times to the Support but nothing happend. Can you please help me. What’s wrong?

    Can you tell me what’s the big problem is? Because now are 4 days till I purcased and payed and nothing going on. Can’t use the menu because I can’t download the zip file. I’m a little bit frustrated and disappointed about this. Hope your menu will work soon for me.

    Hello…I had the same issue occur. I purchased via PayPal, and the download is unavailable. Under “Details” on the “Purchases” page, it says “failed”.
