Hi,
probably just beginners error, but on my website https://pocketcoach.ai/ the following happens: when I make the browser window smaller, the burger menu appears as it should, however, at the same time the page content slips under the header bar. Do I just need to define the height somewhere so that does not happen or is this some CSS issue of my tempplate that I need to turn off?
Thank you so much

Welcome to Responsive Menu Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a nice day.
I did check the code on your website using Google Chrome Developer Tools and noticed that you might have disabled the Responsive Menu plugin on your website because it wasn’t loading on your website. Have you disabled the plugin?
Please confirm.

Yes I deactivated it after I noticed that responsive menu pro didn’t seem to support the conditional menu plugin (this let’s me show a different menu after someone logged in) while rmp always seem to show the same menu. (If you now a workaround about that it would be great too 😉 Anyhow, I reactivtated it now to take a look… Never mind the logo issue. Thanks 🙂

KritiJune 1, 2020 at 6:11 am #70626Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Oliver, I just checked your website. Sorry, But with Responsive Menu plugin you can’t show a different menu to logged-in users. And yes, the page content goes under the Responsive Menu container when activated. That is how it works.
You can also see its functionality on our main website: http://responsive.menu/
Kind regards,

I dont want to have the content slip under the menu, because it is cutting off page content. How can I avoid this?
Thanks🙂
As for my second question, I just found a method that perfectly works of someone wants to show a different menu depending on the Logged In oder Logged out state. There is a special plugin called Menu Items Visibility Control. You find a video on how to use it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAQDyxztJ3U
June 2, 2020 at 6:37 am #70633Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Oliver,
It is the natural behavior of the the menu container, when the menu container is open. The page content will get under the menu so that the menu items are clearly visible. However as soon as the user visits the required webpage, the page content is visible again.
Please explain if I am misunderstanding your requirement or missing something.
As for your second question, I really apologize but I don’t know the functionality of that plugin so I can’t help you with that.
Kind regards,

I attach a screenshot of what I mean: The Desktop Menu shows everything fine (on the right side) but as soon as the mobile menu kicks in at a smaller width, the green space above the graphic slips under the white header bar (which is a problem because the lines are cut off.) I would like to have the situation that in a mobile view the width of the green space remains the same as in Desktop view…?

Can you please send the screenshot again? It accidentally got deleted from the thread.

This is actually happening because of the Responsive behavior of the website. This is not an issue on the website.
Kind regards,
KritiJune 3, 2020 at 1:17 pm #70644oliver.fritsch@denkzeuge.comParticipantHi Kriti,
so what do I need to do to fix this?
Is it a setting I need to change in your plugin or do I need to add a # or . CSS element (and if so – which one) into the plugin to avoid it?Thanks
OliverJune 3, 2020 at 6:16 pm #70645Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Oliver,
As I have already said, this is happening because of the responsive behaviour of the website and most probably happening because of the theme of your website, not because of our plugin.
Our plugin does not design the header section of your website. You need to set the height of the image you have used in the header section. Please contact your developer to get this issue fixed (if you want to get this issue fixed).
Best regards,
Kriti -
