Hi, I’m having a strange issue where in Safari, iOS Safari and iOS Chrome (seems to work fine on other browsers), opening Responsive Menu Pro seems to cause the page dividers to disappear whilst it’s exapnded. I had a look into the code to see whether some CSS class caused it to not display or where it might conflict but I can’t see what might be driving the issue. I’ve opened a support ticket with Divi as well but they seem to think it’s the plugin that’s the problem. Any ideas?

    Hey Raquel,

What page dividers are you referring to?

I just loaded your site on an iPhone and couldn’t see any dividers disappearing.

    Please advise

    Peter

    Hey Raquel,

Ah I see you mean the dividers that go cross ways become straight lines. That is a strange one and strange why it only happens on iOS.

It’s quite hard to suggest a fix as it feels like an iOS level issue but it’s happening because of the Push animation which adds a transform effect onto the body. The divider effect that you have uses the CSS rotate and they are conflicting in some way.

I’ll see if I can work out any way of making it work for you in iOS on your site.

    Peter
