multi lisence not working

    hello, i have the menu installed on 2 sites, on one site, if responsive menu plugin is activated, when clicking in theadmin menu on responsive menu item, it gives a blankl page and I cannot enter the lisence key anywhere.
    what is wrong?

    Hey Frenk,

    I’m not sure I understand what the issue is.

    Are you saying you get just a blank white screen and nothing else when you try to click on the Responsive Menu Pro admin menu inside the WordPress admin?

    If that is the case then you will have some errors recorded in your PHP error_log. Please can you let me know what they say?

    I use upfront theme builder, although I didn,t have problems on another site, but now I also get a blank frontpage, http://knatsr.ovh

    Hey Frenk,

    If there is just a blank white page then it likely means there are some PHP errors.

    Can you please let me know what is in your php error file?

    Alternatively, please turn WordPress debugging options on and let me know what it says.

    Hey Frenk,

    Sounds like some files haven’t downloaded or been uploaded properly.

    Have you tried deleting the plugin and uploading the files again?

    Hello, reinstalled the menu and it works fine now,
    but it seemed strange to me, because the menu was uploaded through wordpress.
