I’m updating our charity website while changing web host. The new version is now responsive and I’ve used your responsive menu plugin for screens below 800px.
It is working great except that on Android mobiles the menu slides back when an item is clicked, but then reappears and disappears twice before moving to the selected page.
This only occurs on Android phones, not Apple.

Welcome to Responsive menu pro support forum.
I will check this and get back to you on tomorrow morning. Please expect a little delay as it is very late night here.
Kind regards,
KritiJuly 2, 2020 at 5:08 am #70754Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Patrick,
I checked your website on my Android device and didn’t notice anything wrong at my end. Please see the attached video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CRmNhbKOwGgRB2ugY0RF5a5Miz_Yq29h/view?usp=drivesdk
My suggestion would be to clear the browser cache on your mobile device and then reload the website. If this doesn’t resolve the issue then I request you to please record a video of the occurring at your end a d share it with me. It would also be helpful if you can share the export file of plugin’s settings, so that we can look at the issue.
Kind regards,
KritiJuly 2, 2020 at 10:53 am #70758Patrick CunninghamParticipantI tried clearing the cache but it is still behaving the same.
I forgot to mention that I am seeing this in Firefox; perhaps it is a browser-specific behaviour rather than device-specific?
Firefox doesn’t have a built-in video recording facility so I haven’t made a recording.
I have attached the settings file.

KritiJuly 6, 2020 at 11:41 am #70766Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Patrick,
Our development personnel imported your settings file to his staging.
He had to make changes to the button color from white to black and positioning in order to see the menu.
No changes to other settings.
Installed firefox browser on his google pixel phone and browse his staging website. It is working properly. Please see his screen-cast.

Please check for theme and plugin conflict on your website. To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.
Once you are able to find the cause of the issue, please update us and we will get our developer to try and provide you a solution.

KritiJuly 6, 2020 at 12:51 pm #70767Patrick CunninghamParticipantHi Kriti
I disdasbled all other plugins except for this one. I am still seeing the same behaviour, even after purging the stackcache.
I can’t change the theme so I suppose I will have to find an alternative responsive menu plugin if you are unable to fix this.

KritiJuly 7, 2020 at 6:34 am #70774Patrick CunninghamParticipantHi Kriti
The theme we use on our site, Suffusion, is no longer supported, so at some point in the not too distant future I am going to have to migrate it to another theme. Therefore there is probably no point in taking this further at the moment, but many thanks for your help and the offer to investigate further.
Best regards
Patrick
