Hi, I have set up a free version of Responsive Menu plugin on this specific page: http://advokatka-glaser.cz/m-advokatka-glaser/

It’s working fine on Android (on any internet browsers really) and I love it.
But with iPhone (Safari browser) it’s a different story. Prolinks (menu URL’s with anchors) are not working. Any ideas how to solve it?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Cora,

This is not an issue with our plugin. I am able to go to our test site using the menu anchor on your website.

Using my iOS safari, I am able to jump to middle of my test webpage when visiting the following link https://responsive-menu-stg1.expresstech.dev/testing-anchor-link/#jump-to-here

The following are possible reasons as to why it’s not working on your website:

    1) Check that HTML for the anchor in the webpage is valid.

    2) The anchor html code should be simple and not nested, so as to prevent HTML error caused by unclosed HTML tag.

    3) There should not be another HTML tag with the same ID.

    Regards,
    Kriti
