Menu Not Showing Up

    I bought a copy of Responsive Menu Pro version.
    I can not get the header or desktop menu to show up.
    It doen’t appear to be working for me.
    Do I need to keep the basic version installed as well? Not sure whats wrong.

    Hey there,

    You do not need the basic version installed as well, you can deactivate and delete that version.

    Can you please provide a link to your website so I can check.

    We also purchased the Pro version and the menu button is not appearing unless I keep the basic free plugin active. If I de-activate the basic free plugin, the menu hamburger button no longer appears.

    We are running WordPress 4.9.1 if this helps. The website I am working on is a test site and not visible externally so I cannot provide a link.

    Hi Peter

    Thanks for the update. I have reset the Pro plugin back to defaults and the menu now shows so I must have changed a setting which stopped it appearing.

    Very interesting, potentially you had the Use Shortcode option turned on.
