Hi. My hamburger menu opens for a split second (or less) and then becomes invisible. I’ve been trying to go through the documentation but it hasn’t helped me. Maybe I’m too dumb. My webpage is “disapprovingswede.com”
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Responsive Menu Pro plugin. Hope you are doing well.
I did login to your website and noticed that ‘Responsive Menu’ plugin doesn’t work when ‘menu image’ plugin is active. I disabled the plugin and responsive menu plugin started working.
I did notice the issue you mentioned above. And it seems like you are having a plugin conflict on your website. So, I suggest you to do a plugin conflict on your website. To do this disable all the plugins at once and enable them one by one after checking which one is creating the problem.
Please do tell me, if this solves the problem or not.

I am forwarding your issue to the development team. I will get back to you as soon as I have resolution to the problem.
Kind Regards,
KritiJanuary 14, 2020 at 12:54 pm #69979Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Christer,
The problem was with the Width of the container. You have set the width of the container to 80000px and min. width to 30000px. Our normal desktop screens are 1920px, tablets are 768px and mobile phones are 425px.
I just set the width of the container to 100% and it started working. You have set the responsive menu plugin working for mobile and tablet devices and now it is working as per your requirement.
If you want to enable it for desktops too, just disable ‘hide on desktop’ under advanced tab.
Also, Responsive menu plugin is working only after disabling ‘Menu image’ plugin. because both are menu related plugins and only one of them can work at a time.

January 14, 2020 at 3:33 pm #69981Kriti SharmaKeymasterYou have to enter CSS class of the theme menu in ‘original menu to hide’ section under initial setup tab.

KritiJanuary 14, 2020 at 6:59 pm #69982Christer EmanuelssonParticipantI’ve been trying to find the correct CSS class, but failed, even though I opened the “inspect” and tried to navigate to the menu line. Could you possibly help with this?

KritiJanuary 15, 2020 at 7:53 am #69986Kriti SharmaKeymasterI have entered correct CSS class into the field and now the theme menu is disabled.

KritiJanuary 15, 2020 at 11:04 am #69987Christer EmanuelssonParticipantThanks so much for your outstanding help. I will go through the options to try to make the menu look nicer, with colours and icons, even though all the options make it a bit intimidating.
January 15, 2020 at 1:09 pm #69990Kriti SharmaKeymasterI am glad to know that you appreciated my efforts. Please refer to the ‘Knowledgebase’ section of this support website for the help.
