    Menu items suddenly stopped displaying in menu

    Only the ‘additional content’, ‘search’ are displaying

    I needed to roll back to version 3.2.5 to have it work.
    But something is seriously wrong with the new versions:
    1. every time there is an update the plugin de-activates itself and there is a notice “plugin files do not exist”
    2. when looking in the plugins folder the name of the folder has changed to a random set of characters
    3. this happens on 10’s of site, in various hosting environments.

    Please figure this out or we will need to move away from this plugin.
