    Hello,
    I use the pro version of your plugin for a short time, and I have a problem.
    I installed it on a site that is translated into 2 languages ​​(with WPML), and I use it only on the mobile version of this site.

    Regularly, the menu icon disappears on the homepage. Once on the French version of the site, then right after on the Dutch version. Never at the same time and only on the homepage. And then he reappeared, without me doing anything.

    Can you help me please ???

    Hi Rosa,

    As the menu button is not appearing on the home page. Please make sure that you have not used ‘excluded pages’ option for the home page. This option comes under the ‘Advanced’ tab in responsive menu settings.

    As this option is only available on pro version. So, it makes sense that the option is being used on the home page by mistake.

    Just leave the column blank in the ‘excluded pages’ option to make sure that the menu appears on all the pages.

    Hi Kriti,

    Thank you for your reply. I understand that I can exclude pages, but if I do that, that means that the menu button never appears on this page.
    But in my case, the menu button appears but disappears sometimes, and reappears 2 hours later, more or less. And usually it disappears first on the Dutch version, then on the French version, never both at the same time.
    At this moment the button is there, since this morning it’s OK, I will continue to watch this afternoon.
    Knowing that I don’t touch any settings since I set up the menu.

    I keep you informed if the problem persists
