    Hello There,

    The responsive menu isn’t showing up in the home page but if navigated to other pages the responsive menu shows up can please check on this, the setting are set correctly and had been through the forum too but did not get the solution, Please help me on this

    Hey Tejas,

    Unfortunately it’s quite hard to say without knowing your theme setup.

    Does the home page use the same template as the other pages? Does it thave any specific functions or anything that relate to it? Are you using the Exclude Pages option? Are you using the Shortcode?

    Hello there,

    Thanks for your prompt response, There was a conflict with the Cloudways breeze caching plugin, When the plugin was deactivated the menu works.

    Is there a possibility for you to debug on this and see the potential conflicting reasons, That’d be very helpful

    Hey Tejas,

    Are you saying when you disable caching then it shows up on the home page?

    In that case you will need to speak to the caching plugin authors and ask them why it would stop some plugins for loading.

    Also, have you cleared the caches since installing the plugin?

    Yes disabling caching plugin shows up the menu, I’ve purged all the cache after installing the plugin.

    Also, I tried another caching plugin W3tc the issue occurred again, Menu doesnt show up, is there some way possible to exclude your plugin from caching, that may work i guess

    Hey Tejas,

    Unfortunately that is a question for the caching plugin designers.

    There is nothing in my code that would mean it wouldn’t work with caching plugins.

    Please let me know

    I use Peter’s plugin on a web site with WP Fastest Cache and that does not affect his plugin at all. The plugin works fine on the home (landing) page.

    Maybe try that Cache plugin instead of the one you have?
