How do I recreate this to test it out? All I see is the white button with black lines on smaller screen sizes, I don’t see the yellow and black you mentioned.
In regards it not showing any menu items, they are there but they have a black background and black text so you can’t see them.
Something on your site is removing all the classes from the menu so none of my CSS can work with it. You need to find the offending plugin or part of your theme that is doing that and remove it. You can try disabling all other plugins to see if it works then, if it does then you can enable them again one by one until it breaks and you will know the cause.
