    Hello
I have an issue with a new site not yet gone live.
Randomly the Responsive Menu appear on Mobile Page upon Load Up and every time I click on anything it reloads the menu ?
I have reset the Plugin, Reset Options & The Database and Menu Still Does it, even default settings after reset ?
Would you have any idea what would cause this please ?
    Many thanks

    Hi Chris,

We have imported setting options from your website and found we have an option to open menu on page load that is “Show Menu on Page Load” under advance tab.

And also tested this on my local and working fine but in customer site have some different issue as well that is conflict with “Float Menu Pro”.

You are using two menu plugins together and may be those are conflicting.

As this is your live site so we can not directly change anything on this. Please off this “Show Menu on Page Load” and remove the cache if it is working fine otherwise.

Remove all other plugin and just keep responsive-menu-pro with wordpress default theme. And after that still have an issue then please give us the ftp access for debugging.

    Regards,
    Kriti

    Hi Kriti
Many thanks for looking into this for me.
I can confirm that the issue is Sticky Icon Plugins Conflicting with Responsive Menu Pro Plugin.
These issue is that your Plugin conflicts with every Sticky Icon Plugin that I try, surely the common denominator is your plugin ?
I really would like to have Sticky Icons on my mobile site but also want to continue using your responsive Menu, so with this in mind is there anything that your developers can do to get both of these types of plugins to work together.

Any advice would be very helpful ?
    Thanks
