    hi, i have a weird problem on mobile, when i complete the form from here: https://www.getreskilled.com/online-registration-form/ at step 2, if you complete for example the “first name” and click on “acces” and not “go” will trigger the mobile menu.
    pls check on mobile phone (ios) not on chrome inspector…or other inspector.
    how can i stop this?

    Hi Marius,

    We visited the online registration form, there is next and previous button. There is no “acces” and “go” button.

    Please record a screen-cast of the issue and upload to google drive and share it with us.

    We can forward the screen-cast to our developer for troubleshooting.

    here is the record

    if i not tape “done” and i type “access” menu pop-up
    and sometime i can’t even close,
    o notice that only first time when i complete a field and tap “access” menu comes.
    but is very frustrating because i notice from hotjar many people tap pn access.

    sure, also is nor from form plugin because i have try with contact form 7 and also with gravity forms and is the same

    Hi,

    As mentioned in our initial reply, please disable their cloud flare security, so that our developers can use BrowserStack to look at their website.

    At the moment, we are not able to see customer’s website via browserstack.com
