Just purchased the PRO version and I am trying to export/import the settings file from the standard version.
I can export the file but when I go to import I select the file and hit import and get the message “No import file selected”.
Grateful for any help please and thanks in advance.
I can’t see any reason why that would happen. Can you just confirm you are hitting the Choose File button, double clicking the import file in the popup and then clicking Import?
If so and it’s not working can you send me a request via my contact form so I can get the file and admin login to try myself?

Apparently there is a syntax error in the file you exported. I’m not sure how that could be to be honest as according to jsonlint it is valid json.
Can you try exporting the original and importing again to see if it was just a dodgy conversion the first time?
Looks like it was an issue my end with the file export. Peter did the export file his end, sent it over to me and it works fine now.
