    Hello I have bought the plugin 2 hours ago, and I can´t install, when uploading the plugin on my page. It appears that the page does not exist and does not load, I have downloaded it more than 7 times and it doesn´t work. I don´t know what to do
    please help me.
    this is the zip responsive-menu-pro-3.1.25

    Can you please share the credentials of your website so that we can check what is going wrong with the installation. Make sure to keep the message as private before sharing the credentials.

    every time I try to upload the plugin from a new IP address, my website goes down
