    I have emailed support 2 times and used your contact page once while attempting to get a refund for my purchase.

    If you look here at the bottom of the page at
    You’ll see: 14-day refund guarantee followed up with:

    We offer a 14 day no questions asked refund guarantee if
    you don’t like the plugin or want to cancel your subscription for whatever reason.

    I have yet to hear back from anyone in the last 3 days. I don’t even mind if you want to ask me why I’ll share my reason. Just get back to me, or why don’t you add a refund request form to your menu. I’m getting the feeling that I’m being slow-played on this “refund” policy.

    Anyone with any help on how to get a hold of these guys, hmu.

    I apologize for the delay in processing the refund request. Can you please tell me with which email I’d you have applied for the refund because we have no record of receiving the refund request by the name “Joe Daigle”.

    I request you to send me the emails regarding the refund requests and your purchase receipt at email I’d. If the refund was requested within 14 days of purchase, we will process it as soon as possible.
