I have emailed support 2 times and used your contact page once while attempting to get a refund for my purchase.

You’ll see: 14-day refund guarantee followed up with:
We offer a 14 day no questions asked refund guarantee if
you don’t like the plugin or want to cancel your subscription for whatever reason.
I have yet to hear back from anyone in the last 3 days. I don’t even mind if you want to ask me why I’ll share my reason. Just get back to me, or why don’t you add a refund request form to your menu. I’m getting the feeling that I’m being slow-played on this “refund” policy.
Anyone with any help on how to get a hold of these guys, hmu.
