    I have upgraded to PRO and prior to upgrading I have used the standard Responsive Menu plugin. Is there a way my upgraded version can override the existing standard version instead of having to start all over again?

    Hi Amanda,

    Welcome again to Responsive Menu Pro Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.

    Responsive Menu Pro and Responsive Menu(Free) creates different instances when we install both of them on the same website. They do not override the settings of one another. But you can export settings from Free version and import them into Pro version.

    To do this, go to ‘Technical’ tab of responsive menu(free) settings and click ‘Export’ button. It will save a file on your computer. Then open responsive menu(pro) settings, Go to ‘Technical’ tab and import this file by selecting it from the downloads section of your computer.

    This will save you from the extra effort.

    Thank you for your response. I have followed your instruction but am getting a duplicated hamburger menu on a mobile device which is also positioned halfway off the home page and with a search bar?? I am finding other functions are not working therefore I would like a refund please. I am still within my 14 day refund period.

    Hi Amanda,

    You are seeing double hamburger menu because both the menu plugins are active. Please disable the free version. Then you will see only one menu. Also, tell me which functions are not working. I am here to help you with all the issues you are facing.

    I appreciate you are trying to help but I have spent two weeks trying to get this activated and have spent to much time on this. The method of communicating with you is too lengthy as I need to wait hours for a response back.

    Please refund as I do not wish to have the upgraded version as it isn’t working for me.
