If you can’t find anything in the above sections then please make sure that you include the following information when posting your request.
1. Your site URL or a link to the specific page in question, so I can have something to look at when debugging.
2. Steps you have already taken to fix the issue, so I don’t go over the same things you’ve tried again.
3. Steps for me to re-create the issue when looking on your site, so I know what I am actually trying to fix.
4. What you are expecting to happen, so I know when I have actually fixed it.
