I have inherited the job of maintaining a WP website for a customer that was previously designed by another company who are no longer available to contact.

The site uses the response menu pro plugin version 1.0.9 which I realise is an old version. I have been asked to make a small change which requires me to make some changes on the plugin settings.

The issue is when I click on the ‘Response Menu Pro’ link in the side bar I get the following error in the admin console.

Fatal error: Class ‘ResponsiveMenuPro_Status’ not found in /home/mahayc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/responsive-menu-pro/app/views/admin/page.phtml on line 20

I assume this is a corruption in one of the plugin files but without access to the original plugin install or source code I can’t determine what the issue is.

Can anyone help at all on this please?

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hey Paul,

Unfortunately that version of the plugin is about 2 1/12 years old now and I don’t support the code any more.

I don’t think I even have the source code for that version saved anywhere that I could send over either I’m afraid.

Is there any reason you can’t upgrade to the latest version?

    Peter
