    Hi,

    I activated the option “Disable background Scrolling”.
    Unfortunatly, it is still possible to scroll when the menu is open.

    “Please ensure your theme follows WordPress theme development guidelines for this to work. Specifically that the html tag includes the language_attributes() function call.”

    In header I see this html tag. So why it is still possible to scroll?

    Can you give me some more info what the issue is? I see this on all my website projects, so it must be something in my custom theme.

    Hi,

    We already added the following custom css code into your responsive menu pro custom css option.

    .responsive-menu-pro-open {
    overflow: hidden !important;
}

    Please clear browser history before re-visiting the website in the browser.

    I had checked, the custom css is working. The website does not scroll when menu is open in mobile view.
